Empathy is a Mirror

From my guides

For we all walk the tightrope of Light vs Dark. Those who pride themselves as highly spiritual and gifted turn away from the mirror so as not to see the darkness within, fear, and denial. Denying that part of which they carry for fear of what may be found. Fear of touching pain, trauma, anger, and shame – all that which has been collected through experiences over lifetimes. And what of that darkness which lies deeper? That darkness which may have been the experience of another? Darkness, which at one time may have been chosen and desired. Desire of pain and the infliction of pain and suffering upon another. Fear that once found and acknowledged, one may feel how it holds density lingering in the form. The draw which is strong and understands the trap and the work completed to make it to the Light. The ease at which one may fall back into the dense muck, which now carries shame from the knowledge of what’s been done now that the heart knows Love. There’s a deep desire to rectify past actions. Shame, which itself can be dense and carried heavily upon the heart, blocking it from fully opening to the omnipresence of Love! Light carries the promise of that Love and the promise of forgiveness; forgiveness of self, and the transgressions of others.
The brave walk that tightrope carrying the Light while visiting in the shadows. Shadows do not disappear but are filled with Light. Strength grows walking in shadow carrying Light. What might you find? Yes, but what might you heal? Suffering is a mirror to your own. The way through the easing of that burden is the path walked in the shadows.
Empathy is a mirror
The hope for healing is just beyond the door of shadows. Light is the Weightlessness from release of what’s hidden in those shadows. Guides walk among you. The deeper the desire to heal others, the deeper the longing to heal oneself.

Walking in Light and Shadows,

I send you the strength to walk through yours and Love to carry you through always, especially when you walk in the darkest of spaces. You are not alone. Guides walk among you.
